Job Title: Test Coordinator
Location: Arnhem / Hybrid

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Coordinator to support testing activities across multiple IT projects. The role involves coordinating test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure high-quality delivery of software releases.
The ideal candidate is structured, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities (system, integration, and user acceptance testing)
- Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, and test progress reports
- Track, log, and manage defects using test management tools
- Liaise between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Ensure test cases are executed according to agreed timelines
- Monitor test coverage and ensure quality standards are met
- Support release readiness and go-live validation
- Provide regular updates and status reporting to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, QA Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail, HP ALM)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
- ISTQB certification
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Knowledge of automation testing concepts (not mandatory)
