This role combines hands-on coordination with team leadership and process improvement. The position also supports the Delivery Manager by managing day-to-day production delivery tasks, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Team Leadership & Field CoordinationLead and manage the field team, ensuring clear task delegation and accountability.Monitor field activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met (promotions).Act as the go-to person for field-related escalations and real-time problem-solving for Field desk (working in office) and Field workers (scanning in stores).Oversee the allocation and usage of equipment and personnel in Field.Document field activities, incidents, and performance metrics.Provide feedback and insights to improve future project planning and execution.Process Improvement & DocumentationAnalyze current field workflows and identify areas for improvement.Develop, implement, and document standardized procedures and best practices.Ensure all field team members are trained on updated processes and tools.Production Delivery SupportWork closely with the Delivery Manager to coordinate production.Follow up on major production issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.Provide regular status updates on production progress, risks, and dependencies.You are a self-starter who has the ability to independently problem solve, adapt to change, and course correct potential issues/problems with confidence and composure.Ability to recognize the opportunity for process improvement/standardization and to work with cross-functional teams to drive change/standardization.Proficiency in all MS applications, especially Excel.Develops and maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
