With you as a catering employee behind the cash register, our guests are assured of a smooth service. As our new Service King or Queen, you ensure that every guest receives exactly the right order. Thanks to you, our guests are happy to come back. You also work in the kitchen. You don’t just flip burgers, you make guests happy! You do this with products of the highest quality and exactly to the taste of our guests.
All that hard work must be rewarded! We don’t make a fuss about that, that’s why we offer you:
- Employment conditions and salary according to catering collective labor agreement; a salary between €7,24 and €13,02 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from the age of 21 €14,48 gross per hour;
- We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
- 25 vacantiedagen on a full-time basis and 8% holiday allowance that you receive per month;
- In addition to a 2-week training period, there are various training and education courses, for example crew trainer or management support.
Born to lead

As a Shift Leader you lead 5 to 25 team members. In addition to managing the team, you are operationally active on the work floor. With your strong leadership skills, you create a positive work environment in which team members are motivated to deliver their best performance.

- Coaching is in your DNA;
- At least 1 year managerial experience;
- Reads and speaks Dutch and English;
- Minimal MBO working and thinking level.
