We are looking for a passionate strongStrategic Project Buyer 2GW /strong at our location Arnhem who will contribute to this and that might be you? /ph3Your contribution to TenneT /h3pTenneT has committed to a 2GW program to realize at least 14 2GW HVDC Grid Connection Systems that bring the power from the offshore wind farms in the North Sea into the Dutch and German electricity grid in the period up to 2031. /ppYou will work in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) unit for the team that supports Large Project Offshore (LPO). LPO is responsible for the offshore grid connection projects and you will be responsible for procurement related activities within a 2GW Portfolio. Your workplace is in Arnhem. Working from home is also partly possible in alignment with the Lead of the SCM-DC-LPO team. (You will be part of a cross-border team and in regular contact with the German team members. Business trips to Hannover and Bayreuth will be part of the job.) /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will be responsible to conduct sourcing activities within the 2GW offshore program. /liliYour core tasks include managing price index elements for all projects with one 2GW partner/consortium in portfolio and project contracts. /liliOne part of your job is to execute supplier performance management for one partner/consortium and to manage the sub-supplier governance. /liliYou will proactively develop maintain a strong relationship with one partner/consortium on a continuous basis. /liliYou will support your colleagues to develop best practices and set up standardized processes. /liliDefining of standardized processes and setups (call-off process). /liliYou conduct active stakeholder management; you have insight into the influence, wishes, motives, and intentions of colleagues and suppliers of strategic importance to LPO and build and maintain relationships in such a way that the interests of the projects are served in a proper manner. /li /ulh3Your profile and background /h3pDue to ambitious governmental plans, the (offshore) project portfolio of TenneT is growing, and therefore we do need to increase internal personnel capacity. You will work in close cooperation with the LPO-department and be part of the Project Team for 2GW, which is why interactive communication is essential for success. Especially as we operate in a volatile market. Flexibility, cooperation, and strategic thinking are crucial to the function. /pulliYou have a (HBO/University) degree preferably in economics or business administration or in a comparable field of study. /liliExtensive, practical experience in all procurement activities (incl.
