You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, a proven track record in SaaS marketing, and be adept at developing and executing data-driven strategies to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion in the CPG sector.
Demand Generation: Manage demand generation efforts through targeted campaigns, content marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media. Optimize these channels to generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness.
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify and implement effective lead generation tactics to attract quality prospects. Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into paying customers.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies and webinars that showcase the company’s expertise and thought leadership in the CPG space.
Product Marketing: Work with the product team to develop and launch new products and features, ensuring successful market positioning and adoption.
Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances within the CPG ecosystem to enhance the company’s market presence and drive co-marketing opportunities.
Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company within the CPG industry, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touch points.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs for all marketing activities, track performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to continually optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing and/or FMCG industry experience.
Deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, including industry challenges, trends and customer needs.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools.
