Who we are looking for
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will start your journey running key elements of carve-out program and early-stage operations, slowly transitioning into the back-bone for company operations. Your mission is to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to execution while helping implement scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate cross-functional carve-out workstreams and dependencies.
- Maintain governance cadence, including leadership meetings and reporting cycles.
- Prepare structured executive updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Manage and maintain program tools (RAID logs, plans, dashboards).
- Help implement OKRs and performance tracking frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and workflows through automation and AI tools.
Relevant experience
- 3-6 years experience in operations, delivering company vision across departments and units..
Strong organizational skills and structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. - Experience supporting executive governance (e.g., OKRs, QBRs, KPI reporting).
- Familiarity with program plans, RAID logs, and cross-functional coordination.
Exposure to AI tools, automation, or digital workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Dutch language is a plus.
- Experience in energy/utility or grid-tech.
- Exposure to carve-out, transformation, or M&A programs.
