Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead for a
company in Arnhem.
In this
role, you are responsible for managing and supporting a team of
technicians while ensuring the performance of complex logistics
systems.
Daily tasks:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of
maintenance technicians - Ensure maximum uptime
of automated logistics systems - Coordinate
preventive and corrective maintenance activities - Monitor system performance and resolve
technical issues quickly - Work with
technologies such as electrical systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and
sensors - Collaborate with internal teams such
as IT support and operations - Maintain a safe
working environment and follow all procedures - Report on performance, improvements, and
maintenance planning

Functie-eisen
- MBO level of working and thinking
- At
least 5 years of experience in a technical or maintenance
environment - Knowledge of electrical
engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or pneumatics - Experience leading or coaching a technical
team - Strong organizational and communication
skills - Good command of Dutch and English
- Certifications such as VCA, NEN 3140, or
similar are a plus - Experience in
intralogistics is an advantage
