Responsibilities:
- You effectively lead the maintenance team with the priority of ensuring the continuity of the production line. In accordance with HSE requirements, you monitor and assess the reliability of equipment and systems in the factory and minimize unplanned downtime. You provide (internal) training and manage spare parts.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, including drawings, documentation, communication, and procurement of technical equipment and services in accordance with all relevant legal and Freudenberg standards.
- Identify improvement opportunities and technically develop ideas, innovations, and improvements to machines and equipment, ensuring their realization in close collaboration with production.
- You provide (internal) training for your own team as well as for operators in the technical operation of installations and equipment.
- Develop maintenance programs with an emphasis on planning/scheduling preventive/predictive maintenance in accordance with production planning.
- Supervise projects and coordinate contractors.
- Perform analyses, provide and communicate the status of the equipment.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in a technical field.
- Work experience as a supervisor in the manufacturing industry (preferably process or chemical industry).
- Good social and communication skills.
- Knowledge of or experience with process improvement methods HSE, LEAN, TPM.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Fluent in Dutch (written & spoken), English, and German is a plus.
- Highly independent and open-minded, flexible, proactive, and motivated hands-on mentality in a diverse environment.
- Motivated to further develop yourself and the team both personally and professionally.
