hours
In this full-time position
you will be working from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 17.00
hrs.

worksite of this employer is active 24/7, so system uptime and
predictability are crucial for keeping everything in operation.
That’s why your role as lead maintenance operations is of high
importance: you directly impact operational performance and
continuity. In turn, you can expect a gross monthly
salary of up to €5,500, 27 vacation days, 13 ADV

What
are your responsibilities?
You will be:
- Creating, adjusting and optimising the
maintenance schedule within a 24/7 automated environment - Leading and coaching five team leaders across
multiple shifts (the role itself is a day position, no shift
work) - Aligning daily priorities and
ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently,
and according to plan - Monitoring and driving
KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance
compliance - Collaborating closely with
planners, operations, and external stakeholders (Bol. / CEVA) - Initiating and leading improvement projects in
maintenance processes, planning structure, and collaboration - Ensuring correct use and continuous
improvement of the CMMS - Maintaining
safety and quality as top priorities in all activities

Functie-eisen
- At least a Bachelor level of working and
thinking - Proven experience in a
technical maintenance environment - Experience with maintenance planning and/or
coordination - Demonstrated leadership or
people management experience - Experience
working with CMMS systems - Strong command
of the English language, because you will mainly be communicating
in this language
Additionally, you have strong planning and prioritization skills,
strong communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
with a strong focus on quality and safety. You are decisive, able
to perform under pressure, and able to keep the overview in a
complex 24/7 operation.
