Jr. Graphic Designer

As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team by creating high-quality marketing materials. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on a variety of design projects, ensuring that all outputs align with our brand guidelines, and managing timelines to meet project deadlines. This role is perfect for an entry-level professional with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

Design Support:

Design key marketing materials such as ads, brochures, and social media graphics, based on brand guidelines.

Ensure all designs are visually aligned with the brand’s standards.

Support colleagues from different departments when they need design assistance.

Support senior designers when projects demand it.

Project Management:

Follow given timelines for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Communicate effectively when timelines or project requirements are not feasible.

Prioritize projects based on demand and importance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality design outputs.

Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.

Learning and Development:

Enhance design skills through ongoing learning and staying current with industry trends.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve design capabilities.

Art Direction:

Work on concepts for marketing campaigns and support the team in executing them.

Support senior designers/art directors during shoots/content productions (on-site).

Assist in creative project or campaign presentations during key milestones.

What You’ll Need to Win:

Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a team player mindset.

Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A talent for creativity and problem-solving.

Experience Level:
This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate, such as a recent graduate or someone with 0-1 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of design principles, some experience using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. No extensive prior work experience is necessary, but a portfolio showcasing relevant design work (e.g., student projects or personal work) would be beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines.
