You bridge business and technology, ensuring infrastructure and applications work seamlessly together to support long-term strategic goals while enabling innovation and operational excellence.What You’ll Do:Architect scalable, high-performing, and cost-effective IT solution chains, new ones and optimizing existing ones, to meet evolving business needs.Collaborate closely with business teams, Enterprise Architecture, and multiple technology delivery and operational teams.Drive innovation to accelerate grid development, maximize efficiency, and enhance customer experience.Ensure modular, maintainable and cost efficient IT landscapes that align with long-term business goals, including shape and refine the existing application landscape, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.Engage with platform teams, centre’s of excellence, and key functional departments like Operations, Data & Digital, HR, Procurement, and Business Guidance.Foster a culture of End-to-End thinking, open dialogue, and continuous learning within teams.Combine infrastructure and applications towards a solution that suit the needs.Design and defend a solution architecture.Apart from the solution also emphasize organisation aspects and necessities surrounding the solution in order to be successful.Your profile and background:Experienced Architect – 7+ years in a Tech Lead, consultancy or Architect role, bridging business and technology. Preferably also experience in (operational/tactical) asset management capabilities, so not all context is new.Tech-Savvy – Strong grasp of 24/7 and cloud-based solutions,, asset management capabilities. But you are the chain orchestrator from a technical E2E perspective.Security & Risk Aware – Knowledgeable in information security and risk management, also able to define the correct measures in IT chains, based on a risk based approach.Modernization Expert – Skilled in simplifying and decoupling legacy systems for a scalable, future-ready IT landscape.Collaborative Mindset – Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and outsourced service providers.Big-Picture Thinker – Decisions align with enterprise goals and long-term architectural vision.Effective Communicator & story teller- Able to translate complex architectures into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. You know that technology supports business and are able to explain that to all people involved.Culture Champion & Team Player – Believes in transparency, collaboration, care and a non-hierarchical approach.Some offshore experience is beneficial.Written and spoken knowledge of the Dutch language is a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
