As HR Manager, you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in your country. You will be a part of the Country Management team in The Netherlands and be based in Arnhem and can expect about 60-90 traveling days a year.

Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Being a strong sparring partner to Country Director and CMT members on organizational development
- Driving HR and people agenda in close cooperation with the management team
- Keeping the company culture alive
- Being the change agent when implementing professional JYSK tools in the country
- Driving key HR figures like employee turnover and employee satisfaction
- Managing the main areas in the country:
- Company culture
- Talent Acquisition
- Learning and development
- Performance management
- Compensations and benefits
- HR systems and data
- Employee relations
- Offboarding
- Driving, motivating, and developing your own HR team (3 FTE)
Qualifications
To be qualified, you are:
- A strong personality with a big drive to improve results
- Having a natural ability to work well through people
- Having a lot of energy, positiveness, and the ability to energize others
- Possessing a good helicopter view with strong business and commercial focus, while also having a hands-on approach
- Sharp, structured, and good at managing projects
- Having relevant HR experience as an HR business partner, HR Manager, or Generalist
- An HR professional with a relevant toolkit
