Our headquarters are located in the Netherlands (Arnhem) and we have local presence in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, United Kingdom, USA and China. With approximately 90 colleagues from all over the world, we work together in globally oriented teams.

Our organization is rapidly developing and has ambitious plans for the future, with a main focus on further expanding and professionalizing our global businesses and internal organization. The HR department makes a vital contribution to this process, with their ambition to continuously strive for an organization that is fully capable of attracting, retaining and empowering the right people. The HR activities are coordinated from the headquarters in the Netherlands and the HR team consists of four team members.

Significant HR improvement steps and investments have been made in recent years in professionalizing the recruitment, onboarding and HR operational processes, tools and activities. With that, a strong HR foundation has been built. We are currently looking for an HR Generalist who will contribute to developing this to a next level, whereby HR Operational Excellence, People Development, Employee Engagement and professionalizing the PDR process are key topics for the upcoming period.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will have a diverse set of HR responsibilities, supporting our global business units and support departments on a wide range of HR related topics. While the group of employees in the Netherlands is the largest, you will also have the opportunity to work in an international HR environment supporting our other countries. You coordinate the recruitment and onboarding activities and act as the first point of contact for (potential) new hires throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey. You contribute to further professionalizing our HR discipline, by taking the lead in developing towards HR Operational Excellence, while supporting on several other HR improvement projects. You work closely together with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale and report to the HR Manager at our headquarters in the Netherlands.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field;
  • Several years of experience as an HR professional, with a main focus on HR operations and/or administration;
  • Ambition to work in an international environment and interact with various (cultural) backgrounds;
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach;
  • Accurate, service-oriented and continuous improvement focused;
  • Independent, flexible and positive working attitude;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Available for at least 32h per week.
