Jouw baan
As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily housekeeping operations. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the department, maintain quality standards, and support a motivated and efficient team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising, training, and motivating the housekeeping team.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and ensure timely ordering of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Handle guest feedback regarding housekeeping and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting.
Jij bent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role and/or management function in housekeeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellence.
