Plauti keeps Salesforce and Dynamics data clean and trustworthy — an unglamorous problem that a surprisingly passionate RevOps and admin crowd will happily talk your ear off about. Our demand gen fundamentals are solid; now we want an experimentation engine bolted on top and more of our growth machinery brought in-house, so we are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketeer.
This is a full-funnel, hands-on role for someone who thinks in hypotheses and treats “we’ve always done it this way” as a personal insult. You’ll own demand generation end-to-end — paid, email and automation, measurement, and conversion optimization. Paid currently runs through a contractor; the plan is for you to take it in-house over time, so you get to build the channel rather than babysit someone else’s.
For you, AI isn’t a helper you reach for occasionally — it’s where you start. Your default question on any task is “can AI run this?”, and you use that leverage to operate more programs at once than a traditional hire ever could.
On the practical side: this is a hybrid role, and we’d love to see you at the office a few times a week. Many of our team members come in even more often — not because they have to, but because the atmosphere makes it worth it.
