What does this role entail?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our IT Security IAM Solutions within the client organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, solution sales engineers, solution architects, and partner managers to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and drive customer retention.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to develop account strategies, and track progress towards sales goals.
You’ll thrive in this role if
- 5+ years working within selling IT Security solutions.
- Proven experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales roles, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategic account plans.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed.
