Your contribution to TenneT
As a (Dutch speaking and writing colleague) you will support our 2GW HVDC grid expansion program with your technical expertise. In different regions in the Netherlands multiple 2GW grid connection systems will be build, together with our consortia.
Your main tasks are:
the coordination (overview, reviewing) of all technical topics of primary technology (focus: air-insulated AC switchgear and HVDC converters) within offshore grid connection projects. From project start to handover to operation
to provide technical support in contract negotiations, basic design and detailed design as well as the execution of factory and on-site acceptance tests and commissioning
coordination of the technical interfaces to other technical disciplines
the implementation and quality control during the construction and installation phase in accordance with the applicable framework conditions and guidelines (including standards, specifications, etc.)
supporting the project managers responsible for construction in managing the subcontractors with regard to technical issues and organization
checking the technical documentation and comparing it with the underlying specifications

Your profile and background
Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English!
Good interpersonal and team skills
You have a high degree of independence, initiative and assertiveness.
Occupational medical suitability for offshore assignments according to the AWMF standard
Confident handling of MS Office, a high degree of mobility and willingness to travel as well as a class B driver’s license round off your profile
