Responsibilities
:
Analyze Sales, Churn and Product data to determine trends and allow Senior Leadership to make informed decisions based on your findings.
Track performance and trends of KPIs across different Segments of our Sales Organization against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Assist in the creation of presentations that communicate complex performance data at the Board level.
Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce.
Update and maintain Salesforce records in support of the Solutions Engineering team.
Track Sales Opportunities and report on Funnel activity.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in a related field is required
Minimum of one (1) year of analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel and Google sheets.
Experience building, manipulating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Prioritization and multitasking skills.
Salesforce or equivalent CRM, as well as Tableau experience/familiarity a plus.
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to interact well with different levels of business stakeholders.
Base Salary Range: $56,300 – $78,800 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
