About the Team:

The Quality and Performance Management (QPM) team, within BT Office, is dedicated to overseeing strategic and tactical ITSM process management and ensuring robust quality assurance. Our primary goal is to empower the BTO organization to achieve optimal control by championing the adoption of ITIL, implementing effective governance frameworks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Are you the ITIL rockstar we’re looking for? We need a dedicated and experienced Process Manager who’s ready to shake things up. In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind implementing and maturing ITIL processes within our BTO organization. Your mission: kick off continuous improvement cycles, boost our ITIL processes, and make sure they’re top-notch in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Manage multiple ITIL processes with a particular emphasis on Incident Management.
  • ITIL Process Implementation: Lead the implementation of ITIL processes within the BTO organization.
  • Process Maturity Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to elevate the maturity of ITIL processes.
  • Results-Driven Focus: Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes quickly and efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within existing ITIL processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to promote the adoption of ITIL processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members on ITIL processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of ITIL processes.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to both the team’s and the organization’s success.

Your profile and background

  • Successfully implemented and managed ITIL processes.
  • Applied IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks effectively.
  • Utilized strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Managed ITIL processes within IT4IT-managed organizations.

Additional information

  • The weekly working time is 40 hours.
  • Type of contract is indefinite.
  • Job interviews for this position will be (partly) in English.
