We are looking for an Analytics Insight Consultant to join our Analytics Solutions Delivery team, supporting clients in shaping their Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies – with a strong focus on Price & Promotion optimisation. What will you be doing?As an Analytics Insight Consultant, you will play a critical, high-impact role in supporting FMCG manufacturers and retailers in delivering their growth ambitions.Your work will focus on analysing the impact of in-store sales, range, pricing, and promotional strategies, identifying opportunities to optimise performance, and delivering actionable recommendations across:Price & Promo (RGM)Assortment & rangingShopper analysisThis is achieved through the use of econometric models and advanced analytics solutions, leveraging EPOS data to generate commercially relevant insights.You will collaborate with a local Netherlands-based team and the wider EMEA Solutions Delivery organisation, contributing across the full project lifecycle—from scoping and analytics to storytelling and client engagement. RequirementsLocation & LanguageRole is based in the NetherlandsFluency in Dutch (business level) is required, along with strong English communication skillsExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.G., Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field)3–6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Retail, Market Research, or ConsultingExperience working in an analytics or consultancy environment is highly desirableIndustry & Functional ExpertiseStrong understanding of FMCG / CPG and retail industry dynamicsExperience or exposure to Revenue Growth Management (RGM), especially Price & PromoExperience in assortment, range, or space optimisation is highly desirableAnalytical & Technical SkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasetsAbility to translate data into clear, actionable business insightsHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPointNo advanced statistical background required, but must demonstrate strong data literacyConsulting & Professional SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilitiesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior-level engagementProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong commercial acumen and business judgmentPersonal AttributesCurious, insightful, and solution-oriented mindsetHigh level of accountability and ownershipCollaborative team player with cross-functional mindsetPassion for delivering impact through data and analytics Role StructureThis role combines four key dimensions:1.
