Octagon is partnered with a global supplier of fermentation-based ingredients, known for sustainable and high-quality solutions in food, nutrition, and personal care. As their team grows, we are looking for a part-time Accounting & Admin Support, based in Wageningen!

What you would do:

Check invoices, employee expenses and accounting entries for accuracy

Maintain and update data in the accounting system (Exact Online) and budget tracking

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Assist monthly closing and creating monthly and quarterly reports

Manage and maintain digital files (SharePoint)

Support the Admin Manager and team with administrative tasks and daily office operation

What we are looking for:

Some experience (1-2 year) in an admin or accounting role

Good Excel skills

Exact Online is a plus

High attention to detail and structured way of working

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent English skills (Dutch or Japanese are a plus)
